Baby Jude

Can I please order a side of cuteness? Baby Jude coming right up. Jude is my cousin’s son, and I got to meet him (as well his momma!) for the first time during my visit to Pittsburgh last weekend. What a sweet (and sometimes slobbery) baby. He even gave me a big wet kiss when I had to say goodbye. I’m sold. Here are some of my favorite photos from the quick photo shoot that we had. Enjoy!

A day in the life of Abby Pie

Abby turned 9 months old Aug. 19, and to celebrate, us girls went to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Richmond, Va. Perfect girls’ day out. :) Here are some of my favorite photos from our day together. By the Japanese Gardens. They even had a waterpark for kiddos. Keary and I both wished we had brought our swimsuits so we could take a dive. Inspecting the rose gardens. Happy girl! Tuckered out! Bath time is so much fun. Mommy and daughter. Love you Pies! xoxo

Beautiful baby

Happy 3-month birthday, Abby Marie Pie! Before I get to the photos, here’s a little background on my friendship with Keary… We met in 1997 in Mr. Lebedda’s geography class. We were in 6th grade and 11 years old. I wore glasses, had a large gap between my two front teeth, and was receiving haircuts from my mother. Keary was the tall outgoing pretty girl in the class who I wish I could be more like. At the end of the day, we found that we could make each other laugh, and we’ve been friends for the last 14 years. A lot can happen in 14 years, such as: braces, contacts, more bad haircuts, some good haircuts, makeup, high school, college, first jobs, first homes, boyfriends, fiancés, husbands and now…Abby. To experience our 14-year friendship through Abby has been truly amazing. The best part is that there’s always more to come. Here are some of my favorite photos of Abby and Keary from my visit with them yesterday. I can’t help but laugh at the …

Thankful

I’m so thankful for the little bundle (8 lbs. 3 oz. to be exact) of joy who was born today (10:52 a.m. to be exact) who has officially made me a godmother. Happy birthday, Abigail Marie Pieczynski! And I couldn’t be happier for my two friends, who will no doubt be wonderful parents, Keary & Luke. Congratulations! I can’t wait to meet her. And spoil her rotten.   Admittedly, I’ve started that process already. Smiles. For my loyal followers (I make myself laugh), have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I will be out of town celebrating more good news – Sara & Kory’s nuptials. Jay and I are so thankful and lucky to be surrounded by good news and good people. Love to you all!
